Richard Hamilton
Director - Strategy & Communications 

Richard is Director of Strategy & Communications at Hamiltons Strategy, bringing experience across political commentary, journalism, corporate communications and strategic messaging. With a strong background in social media management and crisis communications, Richard specialises in helping organisations communicate clearly, effectively and with purpose.

Drawing on experience in media, politics and public engagement, Richard focuses on turning complex ideas and messaging into content that people can easily understand, relate to and engage with. His work combines strategic thinking with practical communication solutions designed to strengthen public presence, audience engagement and reputation management.

Director - Strategy & Wellbeing 

Caroline is Director of Wellbeing Services at Hamiltons Strategy, bringing extensive experience across the health, wellbeing, HR and education sectors. Having worked within national organisations as well as across both the public and private sectors, Caroline offers a broad and well-rounded understanding of people-focused support, organisational wellbeing and professional development.

Alongside her corporate and organisational experience, Caroline also brings valuable knowledge from the holistic wellbeing sector, enabling Hamiltons Strategy to offer a more diverse and personalised range of services to clients. Her approach combines professionalism, empathy and practical insight, helping individuals and organisations improve wellbeing, communication and overall working environments.

Caroline’s varied background and people-first approach add a unique dimension to Hamiltons Strategy, strengthening the breadth of support and expertise available to clients across multiple sectors.
